Set the next desired condition
It is an outcome to reach in 2-6 weeks. Set it in the direction of the challenge.
You have a clear vision of how to achieve it and what to improve.
The first step was to make sales pitches for 3 potential customers worth $2M in the following month.
Focus on the next obstacle
The growth is not a linear path. Instead is full of obstacles to eliminate.
List all the obstacles preventing you from reaching the next desired condition.
And schedule an experiment to remove the obstacle.
The first obstacle for us was to find a list of new potential customers.
